免費升級到雙房型，總共有3台智能電視，可以netflix，youtube，衹是電視機的反應較慢。 酒店在D座，距離連結雲頂的走廊不是最接近的那一棟，但是還好，蠻近。 如果想準時3pm入住，就要提早whatsapp酒店索取入住房間號碼和信箱密碼，需要不斷追問，否則有可能會超過3pm才能check in. 關於熱水問題，這次入住還好，都有熱水，衹是可以感受到熱水逐漸降溫。 可以煮，有洗衣機，有餐具，有冰箱，有微波爐，一應俱全。 check in & check out都很方便，都是自主入住。

熱水器壞的，沒熱水洗澡，主臥洗手間沒有排氣扇，進去很難聞。

We had a pleasant stay, our unit was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. The cool weather made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay, and thank you for the host for prompt response to our chat. Would love to be back here again soon 🫶🏻 plus, this was our view ☺️

For the access card collection, instruction given late after 3pm, the collection is at mailbox and a bit confusing to first timer on where to get it and how to use the lift when our floor number is not on the display. A clear instruction on all these should help to make our check in easier and smoother. There is a kitchen utilities available for us to have family meal in the unit. There is water leaking at the kitchen sink, they have it fix immediately. There is some dusk at at the living hall cabinet, which I m not expecting when paying for this price for the unit. Hair There is linkbridge to Genting theme park/ ******, the floor is wet that could be due to high humidity, need to walk mindfully, especially for kids and elderly. It took 15-20mins for the journey. Due to fogging, not really can see any view. Overall, the unit are spacious and we have a good family time.

Expect an average property and service, a bit over hyped and very much over priced for the value. The building is new and the mall below is still opening. If you are not a Malaysian you will struggle to pay for the facilities (bowling or golf ), they expect you to do a bank transfer and no TouchnGo or cash or card payments are accepted. Some teething issues probably because it’s still being setup, the locker was not working. The rooms are ok, the second bedroom is very small, you can hardly walk. The shower is basic. Not anything that you expect to see for the hype of a luxury apartment. Interestingly we found someone’s forgotten clothes in our room, we doubt if they do a proper cleaning also before giving the apartment to the new clients.
